Every Year Around This Time

I read this meme that said Aquarius are the most confusing humans on the planet. As a proud affiliate of the Aquarius gang I can’t help but to agree. Tell me do you guys believe in seasonal depression? I’m not even sure if I do... I think I do. However, every year around this time, I experience this overwhelming sadness. It comes and goes and comes and goes. There’s no anniversary of any traumatic event that comes up around this time of the year.

Where does it come from...

I can’t tell you where it comes from or what it’s about. I do know that every year as my birthday approaches I get sad. I’m sure seasonal depression affects many people far and near. As Aquarian season approaches every year I get sad. I wonder if this is true for other people who share this wonderful zodiac sign. I wonder if this is true for other people who share this wonderful zodiac sign...I have never been into zodiac signs except for in college when every guy I dated I had to check to see if our zodiac sign was compatible. They never were if you are wondering. There was one and of course they were an Aquarius but that's a story for another day.

Lately I just find myself wanting to be more in tune with whatever I’m feeling in whatever moment that presents itself. The only thing I’m sure of is, that I can say that I let myself feel every bit of every feeling that I have . If I’m sad then I allow myself to be sad even when I have the slightest clue why. I don’t question myself or my feelings. I don’t roll my eyes and call the world haters when I read memes that say I’m a confused human. I just be. I just accept. I don’t worry about conquering seasonal depression or overcoming it. I let it pass.... If you struggle with seasonal depression I hope this helps.
